I have been fermenting vegetables for years, and I will show you step by step how to make sauerkraut with cabbages fresh from my garden! Learning from me, you will avoid all those pitfalls that newbies make.
Each participant will take home a quart fido jar of cabbage ready to be fermented into crunchy sauerkraut at your house.
We will also discuss other veggies that make great ferments so that you are prepared to venture into the wild world of fermenting all on your own!
