Hardneck Garlic

I grow the best garlic. It won the blue ribbon a few years ago at Lamoille Field Days. My garlic is hardneck, meaning all of the cloves are big, unlike softneck which has fiddly tiny cloves in the middle. It keeps well through the winter. Plant the biggest cloves in the fall for a crop next year. 6 bulbs weigh approximately 1 pound. I am happy to send you my instructions on how to grow garlic, and how to ferment garlic, if you ask.
