My pork bundles contain a selection of customer favorite cuts of succulent, pastured pork raised right here in Lowell, Vermont. Other cuts of equal or lesser value may be substituted if available, and if certain cuts have sold out we may need to make substitutions. I have three sizes for you to choose from: $50 Pork Bundle 1 lb sausage* or ground pork 1 lb bacon 2 pork chops 1 package (2 portions) meaty country style "ribs" $100 Pork Bundle 2 lbs sausage* or ground pork 1 lb jowl bacon 1 lb bacon 2 (2 portions per package) meaty country style "ribs" 4 pork chops (approx. 1.6 lbs total) $150 Pork Bundle 3 lbs sausage* or ground pork 1 (2 portions per package) meaty country style "ribs" 1 lb bacon 1 lb jowl bacon large picnic shoulder roast 4 - 5 lbs smoked hock *Sausage flavors to choose from include Country Style, Breakfast, Sweet Italian, Zesty Italian, and Hot Italian; sausage is "bulk", not links.
