Raw Honey & Strawberry Milk

Healthy food doesn't have to taste like kale.

It can taste like strawberries and cream.

One of the most important choices you can make to become healthy is to read the ingredients of every food that you buy and turn down anything with chemical, artificial, sugary ingredients.

You will quickly find that most prepared foods are unacceptable.

That does not mean that you can't have yummy, fun foods though. In fact, once you get used to eating fresh, whole foods, those processed foods with garbage ingredients no longer taste good. They taste like garbage.

Real food tastes really good.

Raw grass fed milk is a complete food. It contains every nutrient that your body needs to thrive, and it is easy to digest. Some people buy flavored milk for their kids with long lists of questionable ingredients, thinking that it is a healthy snack. This strawberry milk is exactly what your kid needs to be healthy.

Strawberry Milk Recipe

1 pound strawberries

1 quart of raw milk, preferably with the cream top

1/4 - 1/2 cup raw honey

(optional) 1 tbs lemon juice or raw acv

Makes 4 servings.

Remove caps from berries. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes, till the berries are thoroughly pureed.

The optional lemon juice or apple cider vinegar brightens the taste a little, but it's still good without it.

The longer you blend it, the more velvety the texture will be.

If you drink it soon, it will have a whipped cream-y top layer!
